The best way to experience the magic of the San Juan Islands is to spend several days paddling around them. For those folks with no experience and for you free spirited types, we offer the best outfitting program in the San Juan Islands. We have premium touring kayaks including singles, doubles and triples that are fully outfitted with the best paddles, vests and skirts in the industry. The kayak shop has all the accessories you may need and a well-stocked grocery store is nearby. Touring kayaks can carry a lot of equipment but they can not carry hard coolers, large backpacks, or other bulky items. Please pack all of your items in smaller sized bags.

Anybody can enjoy kayak camping in the San Juan Islands, you don't need to be an expert. We can help you with planning the best trip for your ability level. There are many places on the water to camp and most are only a couple hours apart. Numerous Bed & Breakfasts are located near the water and can add a touch of luxury to any trip.

Tent or tarp
Rain gear
Clothing of synthetic material or wool
Sandals or booties
Sun hat, sunglasses and sun block
Cooking equipment and utensils
Stove and fuel
First aid kit

All your food can be purchased on the island along with gallon jugs of water. The store has very reasonable prices and is conveniently located next to the shore as you paddle out of Fisherman Bay.
